Parent Cohorts
Clutch Parent Groups start in the 3rd trimester and continue through baby’s few weeks of life. Groups meet in Fall City, located between Issaquah, Snoqualmie, and Redmond WA. We are currently meeting with familie due this Summer and Fall. Our next cohort will be for Winter babies - meet ups will start this fall!
Local experts will guide classes, connecting you with other parents and with yourself as you prepare for your new baby.
Milk + Tea
Milk + Tea is our free drop in breastfeeding group. This group is co-hosted by Becca of From the Ground up SLP. Bring your baby, borrow a scale, meet a friend, + grab a cup of tea on us. Drop in groups will have a very casual structure. If you are in need of a one-on-one lactation consult, we can set up an appointment for you. We meet most Thursdays, 10:30-noon. Register to confirm.
Mom Walk Collective
Whether you’re pregnant, have a baby in a stroller, a toddler on a scooter, or kids in school, you’re welcome! These walks are for moms of all eras to get together + share stories, wisdom, + life together. Weather dependent, sign up to confirm! We walk most Thursdays and at least 1 weekend day per month.
Lactation Consultations
Meet with us at The Clutch in Fall city, in your home, or virtually. Learn the basics, work on feeding problems, gain confidence. Check to see if we accept your insurance here.
Free Online Classes
Every first Thursday of the month, we offer a free prenatal lactation class online. Get some general information about what’s happening in your body, what to expect when your baby is born, and how to prepare for feeding before your baby arrives.
Fall City Yoga with Amabai
Join yoga instructor Amanda Babai for Gentle Flow Yoga (appropriate for prenatal, postnatal w/baby on mat) or Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga on Tuesday mornings. Amanda loves that yoga can shapeshift; depending on the mood, yoga can be whimsical, graceful, grounded, theatrical, or something else. First classes are on 4/29!
